Schedule an online Video Meeting from Skedulex Calendar
Booking an online Video Meeting with Skedulex is a simple 3 step process:
STEP 1
Book an appointment for your client using Skedulex Calendar.
STEP 2
Check the Online and Send email to Client Boxes highlighted above. Click Schedule and Close.
Skedulex will book your appointment and send an email to your Client, using your email.
STEP 3
Right Click on your appointment and click on Meet Now to start the Meeting. The Video meeting is Live with your Client.
CLIENT STEPS
Your client receives the emailed Invitation from you and has two options:
Option 2: Click on the Web Address Link to start the Video Meeting or copy and paste the Link into her Google Chrome Browser.
Option 1: Save the Invitation to his/her calendar. An appointment will be created. Your client will open the appointment and click on the Web Address Link to start the meeting at the scheduled time.

To Setup Your First Meeting
- Your client must have an email and you should have permission to send his/her an email.
- Your Skedulex account must be configured to send emails to clients. If you are not sure ask your Admin or call Skedulex or Support@Skedulex.com
Setup an online Video Meeting from Skedulex Calendar without a Registered Email with Skedulex
Booking an online Video Meeting with Skedulex is a 3 step process:
STEP 1
Open Skedulex Calendar and right-click on your appointment and click on Meet Now to start the Meeting. The Video meeting URL loads up.
STEP 2
Click on icon “i” (Highlighted in yellow) on the bottom right corner of the screen and press copy.
STEP 3
Click on the copy (Highlighted in yellow) to copy the link for the meeting.
STEP 4
Send an email to the client for the time of the appointment. Add the link copied from the meeting screen in the email.

- Your client must have an email and you should have permission to send his/her an email.
- Your client and you must be using Google Chrome or Firefox browser to have a meeting.
